These services have been designed to deliver an adaptable range of services that complement your own in-house technical capabilities. Technical Services can assist with:

You can choose if you would like your services hours delivered on ‘Time and Materials’ billing, or ‘Prepaid’ at a discounted rate.

TIME AND MATERIALS BILLING

With Time and Materials Billing, you pay when you need it. You can choose to limit the number of hours that you will pre-approve to be billed. Time and Material Billing is available in one hour blocks and one whole hour is billed for each hour or part hour of services provided.  A minimum charge will apply of 2 hours for Premium Hours.

PREPAID HOURS

Prepaid hours are available at a discounted rate. Choose the number of hours you require (minimum of 5 hours) and use them as needed – hours are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Maxava will reduce the available balance of Prepaid Hours in 15 minute intervals or part thereof. A minimum charge will apply of 30 minutes for Standard Hours and 2 hours for Premium Hours.

STANDARD HOURS

Standard Hours (Time and Materials Billing or Prepaid Hours) are used for hours within Normal Business Hours ; Monday through Friday during your local business day (9am-5pm)

PREMIUM HOURS

Premium Hours (Time and Materials Billing or Prepaid Hours) are used for hours outside of Normal Business Hours.
